How do I get started?

Simply complete our online Consignment Enquiry Form or contact our team. We'll discuss your collection, your goals and recommend the most appropriate Sale Strategy before you send anything to us.

What do you accept for consignment?

We generally accept most PSA 9/10, CGC 10 and BGS 10 graded TCG cards. Graded items of a lower grade will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Sealed product, raw cards, and graded cards are currently not accepted.

How are your fees calculated?

Our representation fees vary depending on the Sale Strategy selected and the final sale price.

A complete breakdown is available in our Representation Fee Schedule and will always be discussed before representation begins.

There are no hidden commissions or surprise deductions.

Why do different Sale Strategies have different fees?

Each Sale Strategy requires a different level of preparation, ongoing management, marketplace costs and commercial risk.

Our fee structure reflects the professional representation required for each strategy rather than simply the marketplace used.

What if my card doesn't sell?

Not every card sells immediately.

We'll periodically review your representation and, where appropriate, recommend pricing adjustments or an alternative Sale Strategy.

Professional representation continues after listing.

How long will my cards take to sell?

There is no universal answer.

Every strategy has different expected timeframes, and market conditions change constantly.

Rather than promising unrealistic timelines, we recommend the strategy most likely to achieve your stated objectives.

What happens if I change my mind?

You remain the owner of your collection throughout the representation process. If you decide to withdraw items before they are sold, we'll work with you in accordance with our Withdrawal Policy.

Do you guarantee sale prices?

No.

No professional representative can guarantee market outcomes.

What we do guarantee is that every recommendation and every decision will be guided by thoughtful professional judgement and transparent communication.

Why do you offer four different Sale Strategies?

Because every collector has different priorities.

Some collectors want to maximise value.

Some want quick liquidity.

Some prefer reduced downside risk.

Rather than forcing every collection into the same sales channel, we recommend the strategy that best aligns with your Success Objectives.

How do you decide which strategy to recommend?

Our recommendations are based on three things:

  • Current market evidence
  • Your individual goals
  • Professional judgement developed through years of experience

We call this the Recommendation Triangle.

Can different cards in my collection use different Sale Strategies?

Yes.

One of the advantages of our representation model is that different cards within the same collection can be represented through different Sale Strategies if doing so better aligns with your objectives.

Can I choose my own Sale Strategy?

Absolutely.

Our role is to recommend.

The final decision always remains yours.

We'll explain the advantages and disadvantages of each strategy so you can make an informed decision.

Can my strategy change later?

Yes.

Markets change.

Your priorities may also change.

Where appropriate, we'll recommend changing strategies if we believe another approach is now more likely to achieve your objectives.

Why don't you simply recommend the strategy that produces the highest sale price?

Because the highest sale price isn't always the collector's definition of success.

Some collectors prioritise speed.

Some value certainty.

Others simply want the process managed professionally.

Our recommendations are based on your objectives—not ours.

Why don't you always recommend Buy It Now?

While Buy It Now may achieve higher realised prices in some situations, it can also require considerably more time.

If your priority is liquidity, another Sale Strategy may better achieve your objectives.

What if I don't know which strategy is right for me?

That's completely normal.

In fact, many collectors come to us because they're unsure which approach best suits their collection.

You don't need to know the answer before contacting us.

That's our role.

We'll take the time to understand your collection, discuss your priorities and recommend the Sale Strategy we believe is most likely to achieve your objectives.
