CONSIGNMENT BY JUSTENCASED

JustEncased Representation Services is built around a simple belief: not every trading card reaches its full potential through the same sales channel.

Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all consignment service, we take the time to understand your objectives before recommending the representation strategy most likely to achieve them.

Whether you are consigning a single grail or an entire collection, every item entrusted to us is professionally represented from receipt through to final payout.

Why JustEncased?

Collectors trust us because representation is more than simply listing cards online.

Every collection benefits from:

✔ Strategy-first recommendations

✔ Multiple professional sale methods

✔ Access to one of Australia's leading eBay Live sellers

✔ Official PSA & CGC Authorised Dealer

✔ Professional listing preparation

✔ Transparent fee schedules

✔ Comprehensive inventory management

✔ Secure handling and tracking

✔ Ongoing communication throughout the representation journey

Our Representation Philosophy

Every collection is different.

Every collector has different priorities.

Some prioritise maximum realised value.

Some prioritise speed.

Some seek certainty.

Others simply want professional representation without the time commitment of selling themselves.

Our role is not to decide what success looks like.

Our role is to recommend and execute the strategy most likely to achieve your objective.

The JustEncased Representation Status Program

We believe loyalty should be recognised.

The JustEncased Representation Status Program has been developed to acknowledge long-term representation relationships and reward consignors who continue to entrust their collections to us.

Unlike traditional loyalty programs, Representation Status is not based on a single transaction.

It reflects your ongoing relationship with JustEncased and considers factors such as your representation history, continued engagement with our services and long-term partnership with the business.

As your Representation Status grows, you may become eligible for enhanced benefits, including improved representation terms, priority service and access to future initiatives offered exclusively to our representation partners.

The program has been designed to evolve alongside our business, ensuring that our most loyal consignors continue to share in our long-term success.

Professional Representation, Not Just Sales

Representation extends well beyond creating an online listing.

Every item entrusted to JustEncased becomes part of a professionally managed representation process designed to provide confidence, transparency and accountability from beginning to end.

From inventory receipt and secure storage through to listing, sale and payout, every stage is carefully managed using our internal Representation Management System (JERMS), providing structured workflows and comprehensive record keeping throughout the life of every consignment.

A Long-Term Representation Partner

Many of our consignors choose to work with us repeatedly as their collections evolve.

Our objective is not simply to sell your cards.

It's to become your long-term representation partner.

As your collection grows, the market changes and your collecting goals evolve, our role is to continue providing informed strategy, professional representation and a level of service that rewards the confidence you place in JustEncased.

Because representation is not measured by a single sale.

It is measured by the relationship we build over time.

Grading Service Guide

Grading Service Guide

This Guide is intended to provide an overview of the recommended process prior to trusting JustEncased as your middleman service.

  1. Identify trading cards within your collection that you would like to be graded and authenticated with CGC.
  2. Confirm your nominated trading cards comply with the list of cards that CGG currently grade, or via searching eBay for the card via PSA  and are not included within the exclusion lists.
  3. We recommend you consider the underlying reason for why you would like to grade your trading cards. If you are grading with intent to resell, we strongly advise that you conduct, as a minimum, a review of the current market price for graded cards of the items intended to be submitted corresponding to the approximate self-assessed condition of the cards (i.e. Excellent, Near-Mint, Gem Mint, etc.).
  4. Once you are satisfied that you would like to proceed with grading, it is recommended that you familiarise yourself with our Frequently Asked Questions index to ensure that you are familiar with the grading process – in particular, the differences between the submission tiers.
  5. Proceed to our online store and view the grading slot options available.
  6. Purchase and complete order for your desired quantity of grading slots. Note that if two or more submission tiers are selected (i.e. BULK and ECONOMY) then you will be subject to the equivalent number of return shipping charges upon their respective return from CGC.
  7. Once your order has been placed, you can expect to receive an email within 48 business hours that will confirm your order details and provides further instructions with respect to the preparation, packaging and sending of your cards to JustEncased.
