Grading Services We do not offer refunds or exchanges on grading slots once the grading process has begun. We cannot guarantee a specific grade for your items and the final grade is determined solely by the grading company.

Damaged Items If you receive damaged items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged items and the packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund for the damaged items.

Change of Mind We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before submitting it.

Processing Refunds If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
