Grading Services We offer middleman services for card and comic grading. You may submit your items for grading and we will facilitate the grading process on your behalf. We do not guarantee a specific grade for your items and the final grade is determined solely by the grading company.
Payments You agree to pay all fees associated with the grading services you request. Fees may vary depending on the type and number of items you submit. All fees are non-refundable once the grading process has begun.
You must provide accurate and complete payment information when you make a purchase through our website. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud or unauthorized use of your payment information.
Intellectual Property All content and materials provided by JustEncased, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and website content, are owned or licensed by us and may not be used or reproduced without our written permission.
You agree not to submit any infringing or illegal content for grading. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your items do not violate any intellectual property rights or other laws.
Limitation of Liability You agree that JustEncased and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
We are not responsible for any damages or losses incurred as a result of the grading process, including but not limited to damage to your items during shipping or grading, or errors in grading.
Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JustEncased and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to any claims of infringement or violation of intellectual property rights.
Termination We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Australia without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website.
